Heirloom Portraits

I specialise in creating sentimental bespoke portraits of heirlooms and teddies that will help you to turn a memory into something that will be treasured forever. From special comfort blankets to iconic millennial trendy toys, nothing brings me more joy than knowing how much love has gone into the thought behind a bespoke gift.

Sometimes a best friend is not a person… it is a snuggly, slightly scruffy, very loved Teddy that fits perfectly in their little arms. Something that gives them comfort in their time of need. Someone to snuggle when they are worried.

At some point they will likely grow out of bringing their favourite teddy with them everywhere, but they will never outgrow the love they have for their cherished friend.

Let me capture the memory of their special friend with a bespoke painting of their beloved cuddly best friend, because to your loved ones, their first best friend represents years of comfort, bedtime snuggles and happy childhood memories.

How it Works

Tell me what you would love to be painted:

Send me a photo of your special friend (and maybe a little backstory - I love to get to know their personality, too).

We confirm the details of the portrait together:

You choose what size you would like your portrait to be - I currently offer either A4 or A5; If there is a particular deadline for the piece, do let me know! My usual time-frame for completion is 2 weeks (not including posting times).

You pay a holding deposit:

This is for me to secure the hours needed to create your one-of-a-kind hand painted portrait. This is usually £50 and you will get confirmation of receipt and an updated invoice.

I'll create your heirloom portrait!

Now the fun part! Actually getting the painting completed. This is the most important part! I love seeing the portrait develop and cannot wait to share the finished piece!

The balance of payment is made before posting:

I post out your Heirloom Portrait!

I always post all paintings by recorded delivery to ensure security.
